Workshop Description

This workshop has been canceled due to the High Park Fire. This 8-hour seminar covers the basics of wind energy for the homeowner who is considering installing a residential or business scale wind turbine. All the fundamentals are covered, including basic wind power theory and math, site evaluation, turbine siting, tower types and height, investment payback, wind turbine designs that do and don’t work, and avoiding wind turbine investment scams.
