Workshop Description
This workshop has been canceled due to the High Park Fire. This 3 day, hands-on class, August 20-22 covers the fundamentals of off-grid renewable energy system design and installation for those who are considering moving off the grid, or want a more thorough knowledge of the system they already have. System sizing and siting, photovolaic arrays, wind turbines, battery banks, backup generators, wiring, safety disconnects and more are covered. Students will participate in an actual installation, and will receive 24 Continuing Education Credit Hours from NABCEP and IREC.
