With the growing popularity of local and seasonal food systems like farmer’s markets, Community Supported Agriculture Programs, and backyard gardens, this class will bring the benefits of this trend to a new level. By blending the benefits of seasonal eating with the ancient medicinal nutritional wisdom of Chinese Medicine, participants will learn how to create nutrition plans for each season based on their own individual needs, combined with what’s available at market.
