The workshop will cover the basics of water bath canning to ensure safe preservation. Fermentation

Come learn vegetable fermentation basics from Marni Wahlquist, founder of Vital Cultured Foods and vegetable fermentista of 12 years. The health benefits are vast and the process is simple. The workshop includes samples, recipes and tips for whole grain baking at altitude.
