Earth Day is presented by the Sustainable Living Association, offering a combination of activities and events for the entire family, featuring informational booths and displays, live music, speakers,  food and a beer garden.

Earth Day encourages and inspires community members to honor the Earth EVERY DAY and make efforts toward conservation and preservation of our wondrous planet for current and future generations.

  • River clean up from 8:30-11am

Earth Day is presented by the Sustainable Living Association, offering a combination of activities and events for the entire family, featuring informational booths and displays, a river clean up, live music, speakers, and food trucks.

Exhibitor Arrival & Set Up

  • Arrive as early as 8:30 am
  • Set up must be completed by 11:00 am!
  • Please bring a wagon or cart to transport your materials if needed, we are not able to provide these.
  • If you arrive before 10am you may be able to drive to your booth location to quickly unload your supplies.
  • Event is open to the public from 11 am- 5 pm

When you arrive at Odell Brewing, drive around the back of the brewery to the Exhibitor Check-In tent. Check in with our volunteers for your booth assignment which will be marked with chalk. You’ll receive a map with the layout of the venue as we get closer to the event. Once your vehicle is unloaded you can park behind the brewery.

Exhibitor Booth Space

  • Exhibit spaces provided are 10’ x 10’ only.
  • Please provide your own tent, table and chairs, etc.
  • All tents must be weighted down on all four corners.
  • Electricity is not available to exhibitors at this venue. 
  • Booth take down begins at 5:00 pm.

All activities, signage and materials must remain in your designated booth area to allow for pedestrian flow and for safety reasons.

  • Exhibit spaces provided are 10’ x 10’ only.
  • Please provide your own tent, table and chairs, etc.

General Logistics

  • All tents must be weighted down, no exceptions!!
  • Exhibitors must stay for the duration of the event. 
  • Exhibitors must always have one person at the booth while event is open to the public.
  • Exhibitors must keep their exhibit space neat and clean, taking every precaution against possible injury to visitors, guests or employees and staff.
  • Please bring your own dolly, wagon, or cart for conveying your booth contents, we do not provide these.
  • Smoking is prohibited in booths and exhibits.
  • Exhibitors shall comply with those laws, rules, regulations and codes of the State of Colorado, City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, and the Sustainable Living Association.
  • Exhibitors may only collect signatures at their booth space, roaming through the venue is not allowed.
  • Food & Drink is NOT provided for Exhibitors but is available for purchase at event.
  • Exhibitors shall carry out all trash produced or dispose of ONLY earth-friendly, biodegradable trash in the Zero Waste Stations. Help us meet our Zero Waste Goal!

Important Tax & Food Truck Permit Information

All exhibitors that are selling merchandise at this event must display a Special Event Sales Tax License (or the State of Colorado-Multiple Event Sales Tax License) from BOTH the Sate of Colorado and the City of Fort Collins. 

All Food Trucks must have a current inspection permit from Poudre Fire Authority prior to the event. Here’s a link to their site and they can answer any questions you may have.
