Michelle Finchum is the Municipal Sustainability Specialist for the City of Fort Collins.  She works to develop a culture of sustainability and operational excellence with an emphasis on the triple bottom line within the organization. She has her master’s from CSU and is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer.
